At Annapolis Fine Cheese, we celebrate Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley with premium, artisanal cheeses. Fine cheeses in the French and Swiss traditions, proudly made in Nova Scotia.

We’re constantly exploring new possibilities, and our selection of fine cheeses will evolve and grow accordingly. Here are the cheeses we’re making so far, and hope you’ll enjoy as much as we do.
An alpine-style firm cheese aged at least 3 months and washed with brine to create a golden rind. A wonderful melting cheese for gratins, quiches and fondue, the grassy and nutty notes also make it a welcome addition to any cheese board.
