We’re a family company. We live in the Annapolis valley. And we love it. Inspired by Annapolis orchards, wineries, and farms, we produce cheeses to match. Artisanally-made in small batches.

FRESH CHEESE
A fresh cheese similar to "Fromage Blanc" from France, this soft cheese comes in several flavours and is perfect on cheeseboards, or as a spread on bagels and crackers.
BLOMIDON BRIE
BLOMIDON BRIE
A soft-ripened cheese with a soft, creamy interior made using traditional European methods. Not overly assertive, this bloomy rind cheese has a buttery flavour, floral notes and is ideal on its own or baked with sweet jams or jellies.
VALLEY GOLD
VALLEY GOLD
An alpine-style firm cheese aged at least 3 months and washed with brine to create a golden rind. A wonderful melting cheese for gratins, quiches and fondue, the grassy and nutty notes also make it a welcome addition to any cheese board.
