At Annapolis Fine Cheese, we celebrate Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley with premium, artisanal cheeses. Fine cheeses in the French and Swiss traditions, proudly made in Nova Scotia.
We’re a family company. We live in the Annapolis valley. And we love it.
Inspired by Annapolis orchards, wineries, and farms, we produce cheeses to match. Artisanally-made in small batches.

OUR CHEESES
We’re constantly exploring new possibilities, and our selection of fine cheeses will evolve and grow accordingly. Here are the cheeses we’re making so far, and hope you’ll enjoy as much as we do.
TERROIR
A fresh cheese similar to "Fromage Blanc" from France, this soft cheese comes in several flavours and is perfect on cheeseboards, or as a spread on bagels and crackers. A touch of sea salt from Nova Scotia's coastal waters gives this cheese a unique East Coast flavour.
BLOMIDON BRIE
A double cream soft-ripened cheese with a soft, creamy interior. Not overly assertive, this creamy bloomy rind cheese has a buttery flavour, floral notes and is ideal on its own or baked with sweet jams or jellies.
VALLEY GOLD
An alpine-style firm cheese aged at least 3 months and washed with brine to create a golden rind. A wonderful melting cheese for gratins, quiches and fondue, the grassy and nutty notes also make it a welcome addition to any cheese board.
